On March 28 , Construction Employers Association (CEA) held its 2019 inaugural Building Excellence and Craftsmanship Awards celebration to honor and recognize tradesmen, craftsmen, apprentices and builders of top construction projects in Northeast Ohio.
Nearly 450 CEA members and guests attended the event, which was held at the Windows on the River banquet facility in Cleveland's flats. The celebration, which was an annual tradition since 1956, had a two-decade lapse until CEA brought it back to Greater Cleveland this year.
